Adopted Ordinances
The City of Delano's City Code is a collection of ordinances that establishes city laws and regulations. It provides information on the roles of the officers, administrative departments, city commissions and committees and describes City Council meeting procedures. In addition, the City Code addresses licensing requirements and regulations, public safety, planning and zoning and city financing.
The searchable version of the City Code may not include all changes to the City General and Zoning Code as approved by the Mayor and City Council since the last update of the official printed version. The updates are new ordinances passed by the Mayor and City Council, and may not yet be included in the full code. To view the approved and adopted Ordinances, follow the links on the right.
