In order for the City to recover its costs for time and material necessary for processing the request, the applicant shall pay the non-refundable base fee and escrow deposit as listed within the application fees. If the escrow deposit is exceeded, a statement will be mailed on a monthly basis. If payment is not made within 30 days of mailing, all processing of the request will be halted until payment is received.
