Required Documents

All required applications, agreements, associated fees and supporting paperwork must be submitted at the time of application. Failure, on the part of the applicant, to supply all necessary information listed or any supportive information as requested by the City may be grounds for an application to be determined as incomplete. Required documents include:

• Development Permit Application (PDF)
• Deposit Agreement (PDF)
• Detailed written materials, maps, plans, and specifications are submitted in the following format:
  1. One large-scale copies (One inch equals 100 feet or less
  2. One reduced-scale copy (11 by 17) or smaller
  3. Electronic copy emailed to Paula Bauman)
