Councilmember Holly Schrupp was originally appointed to Delano City Council in 2003 and continued through December 31, 2012. Councilmember Schrupp was re-elected in the 2014. Councilmember Schrupp's current term will expire December 31, 2022. Mrs. Schrupp also serves as Treasurer of the Delano Economic Development Authority (EDA) and as Council Liaison to the Delano Fire and Rescue.
