The Crow River Villa is handicapped accessible. There are no stairs within the building; all access to the building is from ground level. All units have a walkout patio door to a shared patio. Picnic tables and garden space can be found within the grounds. In addition, the Crow River Villa offers an on-site manager and contracted caretaker.
