Purpose
In order to preserve municipal integrity and keep our local laws abided by, the Code Enforcement department works with the entire community of Delano, or wherever our local ordinances and code may be applicable.
Actions
- Responsible for the overall administration and enforcement of the Zoning Code.
- Conducts inspections of any potential violations and enforces appropriate corrective measures, such as the issuing of corrective notices, orders to comply and other related documentation.
- Keeps documentation of any violations, inspections, enforcement actions, and other relevant activities; including dated photographs and/or other evidence.
- Issue fees for non-compliance accordingly, as needed.
- Will work with the citizenry of Delano in order to answer questions and provide information regarding City policies and procedures.
