All dogs over the age of 6 months kept, harbored, or maintained by their owners in the City, shall be licensed and registered with the City, according to Section 406.01, Sub.2.
- Limit of 4 Vehicles Stored Outside

According to Section 803.01, Subd. 3, C1, "no more than four vehicles per lawful dwelling unit may be stored anywhere outside on R-1 and R-2 zoned property, except as otherwise permitted or required by the City because of non-residential characteristics of the property. This maximum number does not include vehicles of occasioned guests who do not reside on the property."
- Parking in Yard

Section 803.01, Subd.3c2, states that "vehicles that are parked or stored outside in the front-yard area must be on a paved or graveled parking or driveway area.
- Trash Can Placement

Section 404.01, Subd. 4b, states that "property owners and occupants shall make containers easily accessible to the collector for on-site pickup on the days designated for collection".
You can do this by placing your trash cans on your driveway or your lawn. Do not put your trash cans on the streets, sidewalks, or public right-of-ways.

- Unleashed Dogs

According to Section 406.01, Subd.4a, "it shall be unlawful for the dog of any person who owns, harbors, or keeps the dog, or the parents or the guardians of any such person under 18 years of age, to run at large".
"At large" definition: Being off of the premises of an owners and not under control/custody of the owner or another person, either by lease, cord, chain, or any other manner of confinement.
