The City of Delano's Finance Department handles all of the financial services of the City. These include payroll, non-utility billings, payables, receipting, and purchasing. The Finance Department also manages the City's financial assets, managing the City's debt structure, and risk management. Within these responsibilities are the specific obligations to prepare of the Annual Budget, Annual Financial Statements and Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
