The City Clerk manages the process for getting the following permits

The City Clerk ensures legal notices, such as requests for proposals, public hearing notices, and notices related to city ordinances, are published as required.
The City Clerk maintains official city records, City Council minutes, ordinances, city codes, resolutions, contracts, deeds and plats, and other official documents.
