March 28th, 2024: Equipment placed on-site

Proposed construction schedule (weather dependent and subject to change): 

• March through May: Bring in equipment/Removals and grading
• June through August: Utility installation
• August through October: Street construction

The development of the first phase is expected to be completed mid 2025.
