The applicant, JPB Land LLC is requesting review of several applications to permit 63 single family lots and 70 townhouse units on 44 acres located at 107500232200, north of Fox Meadows neighborhood and south of the Parkview Hills neighborhood. The property was previously approved in 2022 for 85 single family units and the owner has requested modification of that approval. Current approvals required are rezoning to PUD, PUD Development Stage approval and Preliminary Plat approval for the Prairie Ridge neighborhood.
