This project is related to the River Waters development and is being done by the developer, Capstone. The City of Delano is sharing this information on behalf of the developer.
Please note: Construction traffic will not be permitted on Eaken Ave SE, 55th St NE, Ehler Ave SE, and/or 65th St NE.
Timeline
The intersection project of Ebersole Ave and Highway 12 will be temporarily closed Oct. 6 through Oct. 27, 2025 for improvement work to the intersection.
- Update - Oct 17, 2025: Concrete curbing has been placed, the contractor will work on shaping the gravel in preparation for the pavement placement which is scheduled for the week of Oct. 20, 2025. Striping and restoration are the remaining items for this project.
